Running, walking or brisk walking is one the most effective ways to lose weight. Walking fast is an excellent way to burn calories. It is easy to incorporate this physical activity into your daily routine. You can walk in the evening after finishing your work or at night after dinner. Walking after dinner is one of the best things you can do to lose weight.
To reduce abdominal fat, try lowering carbohydrates and increasing protein and fiber intake. Foods and ingredients that help burn belly fat include red fruits, oatmeal, plant protein, lean meat, leafy greens, fatty fish, apple cider vinegar, resveratrol, choline and others.

Watch your portions. Serving sizes for pasta, rice and other packaged foods are often smaller than you’d expect. It can be shocking to measure out a serving and realize we are often eating several servings at each meal or snack. Check the nutrition facts label for information about serving sizes and calories and see if you really need more than one serving. Also, use the label to help you make healthier choices about fat, sugar and salt.
