While diet options are flexible, personal accountability is not. Participants are required to visit a dietitian at our Center once a week for an individualized, one-on-one session that provides motivation, guidance, and a weekly supply of meal supplements. To underscore the importance of these weekly meetings and participant accountability, late pickups are not permitted for weekly food supplies—if you miss your dietitian meeting, you do not get a food supply for that week.
